Affittacamere Alba - Florence

The room was clean and comfy, but the phone service was frustrating.

This hotel is really as nice as its rating here suggests. Very friendly owners. Breakast is in the room, with milk, juice etc in a private fridge. Very handy so we could have breakfast whenever we wanted. Just 3 minutes walking to the Station and 10 minutes max to the Duomo etc. Many restaurants around and a nice supermarket across the street.

The location is great and the breakfast in your room very convenient.

Awkward check-in process across the street!!! Shower size could be improved for comfort, and don't even think about natural light with those shutters closed!!!

The location is excellent and near the train station. Make sure to get king room with a shared kitchenette and a lovely balcony. There is a coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators.

My room included a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Pleased it had a Jacuzzi. The hotel has great and fantastic location near to Very near from firenze santa maria novella, the old city center and the train station, and all main attractions in Florence.

A hidden gem in Florence

The location is unbeatable! Just minutes from the train station and a short walk to all major attractions. The staff was friendly.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The hotel was wonderful and the staff very nice, favourable location very near to everything yet quiet. The place had a family atmosphere. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a pleasant view.

The staff was so hospitable and helpful and the location is unbeatable. We were only spending the night in Florence, but they made us feel right at home. Not only is it a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station, but it is also within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of Florence. Francesca and Adrianna could not have been more accomodating or sweet. They helped us with an issue we had in transit, then gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner nearby. Whenever we go back to Florence, we will definitely stay here again!

Hotel nearby. Despite this minor hiccup, the location was fantastic, very close to the train station and major attractions. The staff, especially Nadya, was great, and our room was well-kept and equipped with helpful amenities like a refrigerator.

The venue has best possible setting in Florence Historic Center district not far from train station and all the major sights.

My kids wished for a bit more space in the room.

The hotel staff offered their warm hospitality by providing detailed guidance for touring the city and explaining everything exhaustively. The hotel has an excellent location only two minutes walking distance away from the railway station. You can have easy access to most of the attractions by foot.

If there is anything that can be improved it would be the facilities in the hotel. The rooms are clean but the fan was not working in my room. Overall it is still good value for money.
